Training

Swim training is carried out by allocated groups for members and the timings are:-

A+ Monday 1900 - 2000
A Monday 1900 - 2000, Wednesday 2000 - 2100 and Friday 1700 - 1830
B Monday 1900 - 2000, Wednesday 2000 - 2100 and Friday 1700 - 1830
C Monday 1815 - 1900, Wednesday 1900 - 2000 and Friday 1700 - 1830
D Monday 1815 - 1900, Wednesday 1900 - 2000 and Friday 1700 - 1830
E Monday 18:15 - 1900, Wednesday 1800 - 1900
F Wednesday 18:00 - 1900

Transition/Run/Bike Training Saturday's - Timings dependent on facility booking

Progression Group also carryout further training sessions as directed by coaches

We believe in wholesome training by having seminars in Nutrition, carrying out Strength and Condition and anything that will make an informed athlete.
